The Beginning

First Hello

We met on Hinge, and what was supposed to be a normal first date turned into anything but. We talked until the restaurant closed, then sat in the car for hours after. Neither of us was ready to end the night. Steven wrapped it up with a fist bump instead of a kiss, which tells you pretty much everything you need to know.

Getting Serious

We Knew

From the beginning, things were easy. Not forced, not complicated. Just easy in a way that made it clear this was different. Life got real quickly too. During one of the hardest moments, saying goodbye to a close friend, Steven was there, hand in hand, no questions asked. Somewhere along the way, without a big moment or decision, we both just knew.

The Perfect Moment

There was not a dramatic turning point where we decided to get married. It was something we always knew would happen. Steven is still working on the perfect moment, but knowing him, it will be thoughtful, intentional, and probably worth the wait.

Forever Begins

Surrounded by the people who matter most, we will start the next chapter together. Steven somehow understands Kathryn better than she understands herself, takes care of her better than she does, and most importantly, fully claims her dogs as his own. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.
